Our business

Your role:

  • Responsibility for delivery of IT services in our international OMV Group branch offices in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Supervision and monitoring of specific operations management tasks performed by the local service providers and international outsourcing partners, with special consideration to corporate IT standards and procedures.
  • Monitoring timely resolution (key performance indicators) of IT requests, incidents and problems.
  • Regular reporting to management of customers and CIO business partners on IT service delivery performance.
  • Management and support of Application Service Providing processes for ASPs within the International Integration Services area.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similiar
  • Experience in new technology evaluation and technical change management
  • Proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical strategies and architectures
  • Constructive and proactive approach to problem solving
