**Patient Advocacy Manager (m/w/d)**

in Vollzeit am Standort Wien (Euro Plaza).

Gemeinsam wollen wir die Patient*innenstimmen im Gesundheitssystem verstärken und damit eine patient*innenzentrierte Versorgung erreichen.

**Ihre Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Plänen zur langfristigen und werte-orientierten Zusammenarbeit mit Patientenorganisationen
- Identifikation von und Zusammenarbeit mit Patient Advocates zur Förderung von Gesundheitskompetenz und der Aufmerksamkeit auf seltene und komplexe Erkrankungen
- Patient Liaison innerhalb des Unternehmens, um eine produktive, richtlinien-konforme und wertschöpfende Zusammenarbeit mit den Patientenorganisationen sicherzustellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Legal und Compliance
- Leitung und Durchführung nationaler und überregionaler Projekte in Co-Creation und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner*innen sowie dem internen funktionsübergreifenden Team
- Etablierung und Ausbau von Partnerschaften mit externen Stakeholdern im österreichischen Gesundheitssystem unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Regularien
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von patient*innenbezogenen Initiativen und Aktivitäten, einschließlich Aufklärungsprogramme, Patient*innentreffen, gemeinnütziger Projekte, AdBoards, uvm.
- Etablierung, Erhaltung und Kommunikation von relevanten Prozessen (z. B. Budget, Grants, etc)

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder kommunikationswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, Public Affairs oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Patientenorganisationen
- Kommunikationsstarke, emphatische Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, wertschätzende und nachhaltige persönliche Verbindungen herzustellen und zu bewahren
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Patient*innen ist ein Plus, ebenso Public Affairs Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägtes social media und Präsentations
- Know How
- Kreativität, Flexibilität, starke Umsetzungskompetenz und Servicementalität

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 4.104,49 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
