Join our Quality Assurance Team at Takeda in Vienna

If you have a passion for ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to bring your skills to our team. We are looking for individuals who prioritize patients and have a keen eye for quality in the Finishing and Floseal Manufacturing areas.

What you will do:

  • Implement and administer quality systems in designated areas.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring GMP/GDDP-compliant documentation/approval of deviations, documents, and change requests in the assigned area.
  • Ensure proper implementation of actions from deviations and change requests.
  • Develop and implement GMP measures/policies and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Contribute to improving quality standards in production departments.
  • Enhance established quality systems, participate in projects, and engage in internal and external inspections.

What you bring:

  • Degree in natural sciences or technology (University, University of Applied Sciences).
  • Experience in quality management/assurance and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of cGMP/GMP/ISO requirements and regulatory basics (CFR, Eudralex).
  • Experience with regulatory inspections and implementing regulatory requirements.
  • Quick comprehension and interest in quality.
  • Confident demeanor, empathetic, team-oriented personality, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Fluency in German and English.

What we offer:

Joining us means a minimum salary of € 3,909.67 gross/month (full-time, collective agreement chemical industry). The actual salary package will be based on your experience and qualifications.
