Job Description:

Takeda Quality Assurance Team: Join our Quality Assurance Team in Finishing and Floseal Manufacturing. Bring your focus on patients and quality in a fast-paced environment. If GMP, MBR, SOP, CAPA are not just letters to you and you enjoy communicating and defending your opinions, then you have a solid foundation to be part of the Quality Assurance Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and administration of quality systems
  • Responsibility for GMP-compliant documentation/approval of deviations, documents, and change requests
  • Ensuring proper implementation of actions from deviations and change requests
  • Design and implementation of GMP measures/guidelines and ensuring compliance with GMP standards
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Participation in improving quality standards in production departments
  • Development of established quality systems, project participation, and internal/external inspections

Requirements:

  • Completed scientific or technical education
  • Experience in quality management/assurance and pharmaceutical industry
  • Good knowledge of cGMP/GMP/ISO requirements and regulations
  • Experience with regulatory inspections and requirements
  • Quick grasp, interest in quality, confident, empathetic, team-oriented, proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in German and English
