Quality & Partner Manager (f/m/d):

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
**- Collaborate within the Quality Management Department which is responsible for assuring various aspects of quality compliance within AOP Health

  • Responsible for various tasks related to management of external partners
  • Liaise closely with contract partners to negotiate and establish Quality Agreements and organize lifecycle of these documents
  • Organize and conduct audits at our partners and followup on the respective CAPAs
  • You are involved in (re)qualification of partners such as CMOs, consignment stocks, distributors, MAHs etc.
  • Communicate with AOP representatives and external partners worldwide
  • Ensure good and close coordination/communication with internal and external business functions
  • Coordinate the organization of audits
  • Ensure AOP standards are implemented in partner QMS by negotiating appropriate quality agreements
  • Working in multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications and Experience
**- Profound background in a GxP environment (pharma-related)

  • Strong planning and communication skills with supportive and teamworkoriented mindset
  • Several years (5+) of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience in negotiating quality agreements (GMP, GDP)
  • Audit experience desirable
  • Independent and precise working style even under stressful conditions
  • Quick perception, analytical thinking and flexibility
  • Openminded personality, selfinitiated, responsible and solutionoriented
  • Proactive attitude and approach to problemsolving
  • Very good Office 365 user skills
  • Strong communication and presentations skills in German and English
