- Aufgaben
- Sie steuern und motivieren ein mehrköpfiges Team bestehenden aus Recruiting Specialists.
- Als leidenschaftliche RecruiterIn holen Sie passende neue MitarbeiterInnen an Board. Die Bandbreite der gesuchten Funktionen reicht von Bilanzbuchhaltung, über SW Engineers bis zu Kundenprojektleitern.
- Employer Branding Konzepte erstellen geht Ihnen genau so leicht von der Hand wie die Contentkreation für Social Media Recruiting.
- Qualifikationen
- Sie haben in Ihrem Berufsleben bereits Teams und Projekte erfolgreich geführt.
- Im Idealfall haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Recruiting, Employer Branding in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit IT Schwerpunkt.
- Sie haben Know-how im operativen Recruiting und Freude an einer strategischen Tätigkeit.
- Wenn wir noch einen Wunsch frei haben, dann wäre das: IT Affinität. Nicht nur zwecks Verständnis unserer Hauptzielgruppe im Recruiting, sondern auch um Projekte wie z.B. den Einsatz von KI oder die Implementierung von Recruitingtools zu bewerten und begleiten.

Ihr tatsächliches Jahresbrutto ergibt sich aus der marktkonformen Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Berufserfahrung sowie fachlichen Qualifikation und ist Teil unseres attraktiven Gesamtpakets.
