**Product / Project Manager Insurance **(Innendienst, Vollzeit, Dienstort Wien, m/w/d)****:
Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle Versicherungsfragen und hast Freude an der Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Versicherung von Fahrzeugen? **Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du stellst die Analyse und den Einkauf von Versicherungsleistungen über gruppeninterne Versicherer, Makler oder externe Versicherungsgesellschaften sicher
- Du führst pro-aktives Risikomanagement zur Reduktion der TCO für unsere Kunden durch
- Du unterstützt pro-aktiv und mit Expertenwissen unsere Business Manager im Vertrieb von unseren Versicherungslösungen und Produkten an unsere Kunden
- Du arbeitest Vertriebskampagnen zusammen mit unserer Marketingabteilung aus
- Du verantwortest die Analyse, Auswertung und Optimierung laufender Versicherungsverträge sowie der Dienstleistungen
- Du prüfst, bearbeitest und korrigierst zuverlässig die Prämienabrechnungen
- Die Erstellung von versicherungsspezifischen Unterlagen und Bestätigungen zählen zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben
- Verantwortungsvoll kümmerst Du Dich um das Rechnungsmanagement
- Dabei fungierst Du als kompetente Ansprechperson für interne (z.B. Kolleg:innen anderer Abteilungen) und externe Stakeholder (z.B. Kund:innen, Versicherungen, Rechtsanwält:innen, Werkstätten)
- Die unterstützende Übernahme der Datenbankpflege und Aufrechterhaltung der Datenbankqualität motiviert Dich
- Optionale Zusatzaufgaben wie z.B. die Mitarbeit in einer Task Force, bei einem Optimierungsprojekt oder Key-User-Tätigkeiten runden Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab.
- Du bist auch verantwortlich für die IDD Schulungsorganisation und die Durchführung dieser von allen internen Stakeholdern in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Organisatoren und Versicherungspartnern.
- Erforderliche Kompetenzen
**Deine Stärken**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann/frau bzw. eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Eine BÖV Prüfung ist ein großes Plus
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb als Versicherungsberater oder Versicherungskaufmann/frau im Bereich KFZ Versicherung
- Du hast profundes Wissen im Zusammenhang mit Versicherungsprodukten vor allem im Bereich KFZ Versicherungen
- Du bringst ein überzeugendes, souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsstärke mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du überzeugst durch Deinen versierten und routinierten Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln und Tools (MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Deinen Arbeitsalltag essentiell.
