Die zu besetzende Position spielt die zentrale Rolle im österreichischen Gruppengeschäft von MSC Cruises.

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.
B. zum\/zur Tourismuskaufmann\/-frau; alternativ kaufmännischer Ausbildung.

  • Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro bzw. in der Touristik, oder im Kundenservice bzw. kaufmännischer Sachbearbeitung.
  • Selbständiger Arbeitsstil, Flexibilität, Organisationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Zumindest B2nach GER).

  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung & Beratung unserer Vertriebspartner wie Reisebüros und Reiseveranstalter.
  • Angebotslegung, Organisation und Detailplanung (z.
B. Meetings, Konzerte, Technik) der Gruppen bis zur Abfahrt.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Pricing & Sales sowie dem HQ in Genf.
  • Begleitung und Betreuung von FAM-Trips.
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Veranstaltungen wie z.
B. der Ferienmesse.

As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year.

MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
