Country Compliance & Quality Specialist (w/m/d)

ISMS-Einführung / ISO27001 / Audits

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du wirst bei der ISMS-Einführung gemäß ISO 27001 für alle Standorte in Österreich maßgeblich mitarbeiten und die Projekte vorantreiben.
* Nach Einführung des ISMS bist du für die kontinuierliche Wartung und Verbesserung des ISMS sowie die länderspezifischen Implementierungen von Richtlinien und Standards in Österreich verantwortlich.
* Du bist für die Dokumentationen zuständig und verantwortest maßgeblich die Angleichung der nationalen Anforderungen (z.B. NIS2) an die Konzernrichtlinien.
* Du wirst sicherstellen, dass alle Geschäftsbereiche sowie externe Dienstleister die Informationssicherheitsstandards und -richtlinien einhalten.
* Die Abhaltung von internen Audits und Risikobewertungen für alle Standorte österreichweit fallen ebenso in Deinen Kompetenzbereich wie die Begleitung der externen Audits.
* Du bist nach einer Einarbeitungsphase zentraler Ansprechpartner für die nationalen Behörden betreffend NIS2.
* Die Beratung der Unternehmensbereiche und Führungskräfte bei Fragestellungen zur Informationssicherheit und Compliance zählt ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Recht sowie Prozessanalyse und erfordert eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit zu unseren österreichweiten Standorten (bis zu 30% der Arbeitszeit).

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Technik/Informatik (HTL, FH, Uni)
* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS-Tools ist wünschenswert.
* Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Risikomanagement und Revision
* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von kleinen bis mittleren Projekten und/oder mit der Auditierung
* ISO-Zertifizierung (z.B. ISO 27001, ISO 9000, ISO 14000) oder die Bereitschaft, eine Zertifizierung zu erlangen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch in unserem internationalen Team
* Du bringst Interesse und aktuelles Wissen in den Bereichen Unternehmenstechnologien und IT mit, bist ein Digital Believer, siehst den digitalen Wandel als Chance und unterstützt aktiv die erforderlichen Veränderungen.
* Du bist ergebnisorientiert und definierst und verfolgst Ziele (Roadmap, Budget, Zeitpläne) eigenständig sowie in Abstimmung mit anderen Teams. Du bist lernbereit und kannst Dir die fehlenden notwendigen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse z.B. in den Bereichen Informationssicherheit oder Prozessmanagement aneignen.
* Als Teamplayer bringt Du Kommunikationsgeschick, Einsatzbereitschaft, Hands-on Mentalität und Flexibilität mit und kannst auf allen Führungsebenen kompetent kommunizieren und mit interkulturellen Unterschieden umgehen.
* Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (max. 30 %, projekt- und anlassbezogen)
