**Your responsibilities**:

- Central point of contact on import, export and trade related issues.
- Point of contact for third parties (authorities, customers and other business partners) regarding Trade Compliance issue.
- Support and supervision of sub-regional Trade Compliance Manager
- Development and maintenance of internal Trade Compliance rules and policies
- Training of affected employees of GROHE Holding Subgroup
- Monitoring of export activities (including exports from local warehouses) and other business partner constellations to identify potential Trade Compliance issues
- Monitoring of changes in local Export and Trade Control regulations
- Definition of mitigating measures to address country or region specific risks
- Ensure compliance with the due diligence process required for selected business partners to avoid violation of Trade Control (sanctions) & Anti Money Laundering regulations
- Organize and support internal Trade Compliance Audits
- Regular communication and information on Trade Compliance
- Ensure the availability of instructions in local language

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies or a commercial apprenticeship preferably with a specialization in customs and/or foreign trade
- 5+ years professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Structured and organized way of working
