Market Access & Pricing Manager (w/m/x)
IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE

* Verantwortung für Market Access & Pricing über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, einschließlich Zulassung, Erstattung und Preisgestaltung - mit Fokus auf ein pionierhaftes Launch-Produkt sowie weitere Portfolio-Produkte
* Mitglied des Management-Teams: Aktive Mitgestaltung strategischer Entscheidungen als integraler Bestandteil des österreichischen Management-Teams
* Erstellung, Koordination und Einreichung von Erstattungsdossiers, einschließlich der vollständigen Verantwortung für alle Prozesse zur Erlangung der Erstattung neuer Produkte
* Verhandlungsführung mit dem Dachverband der österreichischen Sozialversicherungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Entscheidungsträgern
* Steuerung aller systemrelevanten Prozesse zur Preisbildung, inklusive interner und externer Preisgenehmigungen bei Neueinführungen und Preisänderungen
* Laufende Marktanalyse und Preisüberwachung, insbesondere hinsichtlich europäischer Durchschnittspreise sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von LoE-Strategien für Produkte am Ende ihres Lebenszyklus
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Abteilungen (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Sales) und externen Stakeholdern
* Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks durch kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen zur Sicherstellung eines fundierten und aktuellen Marktverständnisses
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter beruflicher Erfahrung in der Pharmabranche
* Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Market Access und Pricing, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
* Fundierte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems, einschließlich des Sozialversicherungssystems (intramural & extramural), sowie ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für aktuelle Trends im Market Access & Pricing
* Nachgewiesene Expertise in Preisbildung und Erstattungsmodellen sowie fundiertes Verständnis von HEOR- und RWE-Konzepten und deren Anwendung im Market Access
* Vorhandenes und belastbares Netzwerk an Stakeholderkontakten
* Kollegiale Persönlichkeit mit Innovationsstärke und hohem Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz
* Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke gepaart mit strategisch-analytischer Denk- und Handlungsweise
