Job Description

✓ Administration of accounts payable for London and international events, including the Grand Prix.
✓ Recording, account assignment and posting of domestic and foreign supplier invoices
✓ Preparation of the weekly payment run in coordination with colleagues
✓ Efficient communication with our suppliers and internal partners
✓ Account reconciliation and master data maintenance
✓ Filing and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

✓ Successfully completed business degree and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
✓ Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision an advantage
✓ Strong numerical skills, accuracy and ability to work in a team
✓ Excellent knowledge in German and English
