Zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungsstrategie des Unternehmens wird ein Group Head of Business Applications (m/f/d) gesucht, welcher insbesondere die Produktionsprozesse in der Gruppe rund um ERP, MES und diverser unterstützender Applikationen verantwortet.

Aufgaben
  • Mitglied der Expertengruppe innerhalb der Holding
  • Evaluierung der gesamten aktuellen Applikationslandschaft (D365 inkl. Satelliten Applikationen) und deren Schnittstellen ins D365
  • Entwickeln einer zukunftsfähigen Software-Strategie, die eine stringente Reduktion von Systemen und Komplexität auf das Mindestmaß vorsieht
  • Zentrale Rolle bei der Konzeption und Implementierung robuster und skalierbarer Lösungen, die den Geschäftsanforderungen der Gruppe entsprechen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Product Ownern, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern, um die erfolgreiche finale Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Lösungen sicherzustellen
  • Bei wichtigen Projekten ist neben der Project Owner Rolle auch die Project Manager Rolle zu übernehmen
  • Führung und Teambuilding des lokalen und internationalen Teams von rund 8 Mitglieder sowie die Kommunikation zu den Implementierungspartnern

Profil
  • Sie haben bereits in einem internationalen Umfeld ERP-Projekte geleitet
  • Sie haben eine universitäre oder ähnliche Ausbildung im Bereich WiWi(BWL)/Winf mit Spezialisierung Production & Supply Chain oder können dementsprechende Praxis nachweisen
  • Es ist explizit nicht Erfahrung in D365 erforderlich, jedoch Wissen um Business Applikationen im industriellen Produktionsumfeld (ERP / MES / Schnittstellen zu Produktionsmaschinen)
  • Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch
