Werde Teil eines dynamischen Teams und gestalte den Wandel aktiv mit Stellenbeschreibung Early Talent Recruitment Lead (m/w/d) Die Stelle, die dich begeistert: Als Early Talent Recruitment Lead bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres internationalen HR Teams und verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und nachhaltig erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung junger Talente, insbesondere von Studierenden und HTL/Hochschul-Absolvent:innen (Ingenieur:innen & Architekt:innen) in DACH. Das Besondere an dieser Position ist die Vielfältigkeit. Dieser Bereich ist: * Wichtig - Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Strategien (von Karrieremessen bis Traineeprogrammen über Social Media Auftritte), um Early Talents, talentierte Studierende und Absolvent:innen aus technischen Disziplinen, frühzeitig zu identifizieren bzw. anzusprechen und sie langfristig an ATP zu binden. * Entscheidend - Du führst (regelmäßige) interne und externe Analysen durch, um die Bedürfnisse des Marktes sowie die Erwartungen junger ATP Mitarbeiter:innen zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass unsere (Rekrutierungs)strategien und -prozesse darauf abgestimmt sind. * Spannend - Du pflegst proaktiv wertvolle Beziehungen zu Hochschulen, Universitäten und Netzwerkpartnern und setzt zielgerichtete Employer Branding-Maßnahmen um, um unser Unternehmen als attraktiven Arbeitgeber im Hochschulumfeld zu etablieren. * Wertvoll - Du setzt dein Know-how im Umgang mit einem Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ein, um Recruiting-Prozesse noch effizienter und zielgerichteter zu gestalten. * Kooperativ - Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und unterstützt die Fachbereichen bei der Gestaltung von Entwicklungsprogrammen. Qualifikationen Das Profil, das uns überzeugt: * Ausgebildet - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Wir sind offen für unterschiedliche Ausbildungswege und berücksichtigen vielfältige Qualifikationen. * Erfahren - Relevante bzw. spezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Early Talent Recruitment, Hochschulmarketing oder Talentförderung, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in diesen Bereichen. * Routiniert - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools für Social Media, Employer Branding und weiteren relevanten Rekrutierungstechnologien. * Verantwortungsbewusst - Kooperative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Begeisterung für Early Talent Programme. * Flexibel - Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Gestaltungsspielraum für neue Ideen. * Kommunikativ - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, offene und überzeugende Persönlichkeit.
