STRABAG AG - Innovation & Digitalisation Sustainability Manager (m/w/d) - Fokus Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte Wien oder Stuttgart Vollzeit req67681 Aufgaben Als führender Baukonzern sehen wir uns den Themen Klimaschutz, Klimawandelanpassung und Ressourcenschonung verpflichtet und bekennen uns als wichtiger Player zum Weg in die Klimaneutralität. Im Sustainability Management analysieren wir die Auswirkungen unseres Handelns ganzheitlich und identifizieren die wesentlichsten Handlungsfelder, um unsere Nachhaltigkeitsperformance kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Gemeinsam mit operativen Kolleginnen und Kollegen treiben wir innovative Projekte mit großer Hebelwirkung voran und möchten unser Team Umwelt und Energie in Wien oder Stuttgart mit Fokus auf die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung unseres Transformationsplans verstärken. Deine Aufgaben im Detail: * Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten bei der Operationalisierung des Dekarbonisierungspfades z.B. durch die Gestaltung und Leitung von Workshops. * Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von interdisziplinären Pilotprojekten in den Themenfeldern erneuerbare Energien und Treibhausgasreduktion von Baustellen und Produktionsprozessen. * Aufarbeitung relevanter Informationen und Daten hinsichtlich unserer Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten für interne EntscheidungsträgerInnen und den Geschäftsbericht. * Beobachtung und Erkennung relevanter Trends zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen für die Bauwirtschaft. * Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von konzernweiten Prozessen und Richtlinien zur Umsetzung unserer ambitionierten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossenes Studium mit bautechnischem Schwerpunkt (Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau), Nachhaltiges Bauen, o.ä.) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauwirtschaft und / oder Beratungserfahrung im strategischen Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement * Erweiterte Kenntnisse von Maßnahmen und Methoden in Bezug auf Dekarbonisierung, erneuerbare Energien und/oder Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Bauindustrie * Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und der Führung von Projektteams * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen europaweiten Dienstreisen * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten sowie Affinität zu einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld Wir bieten Es erwartet Dich berufliche Vielfalt und gelebte Kollegialität in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
