Da unser Standort laufend wächst, suchen wir ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams: Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern: * Leitung des Teams von Betriebsingenieuren und Kältetechnikern sowie Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung * Verantwortung für das Budget sowie die finanzielle Planung von Projekten * Weiterentwicklung der Anlagentechnik im Bereich der Mediensysteme und kontinuierliche Optimierung der bestehenden Anlagen und Prozesse * Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung technischer Projekte und eigenständige Übernahme kleinere Projekte * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern sowie enger Austausch mit den Bereichen Engineering und Maintenance * Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Kooperation mit den Corporate-Abteilungen sowie den weiteren Standorten des Unternehmens Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt: * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Universitätsabschluss/ FH/ HTL) in Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieursdisziplin * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbetrieb, bevorzugt im pharmazeutischen Umfeld * Ausgezeichnete Business-Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten * Hohes Verständnis und ausgeprägte Sensibilität für Umwelt- und Sicherheitsaspekte (z.B.
