auf den Bereich Kassensysteme und Hotelsoftware. Wir haben Firmensitze in

Aufgaben

· Installation und Betreuung von Software am Standort des Kunden

· Einschulung des Kunden bei/nach Installation vor Ort

· Support- und Kundenbetreuung im Büro

· Betreuung der Kundenhotline

· Dokumentation im Ticketsystem

Qualifikation

· Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Hotellerie / Gastronomie / Informationstechnologie)

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Hotellerie und Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware

· PC- kundig und großes Interesse an IT und Technik

· Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Spaß am Kontakt mit Kunden

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

· Reisebereitschaft sowie Führerschein der Klasse B sind Voraussetzung

· Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Teamfähigkeit

· Kundenorientiertes, freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

· Spezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

· Ausgeprägtes Problemverständnis und Lösungskompetenz
