Wir sind Grand Quarters und haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, unseren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Wien zu ermöglichen. Das erreichen wir mit komplett möblierten High-End-Wohnungen in bester Lage und unserem engagierten Team.

Wenn du durch Praxis lernen möchtest, wie du den Kunden für dich gewinnen kannst und Methoden entwickeln möchtest, um deine Kunden in jeglichen Situationen begeistern zu können, dann bist du bei uns richtig

Wir bieten dir einen abwechslungsreichen Teil- (20 Stunden) oder Vollzeitjob (38,5 Stunden) in einem kleinen Start-up-Team mit Aufstiegschancen.

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABEN SIND VIELSEITIG UND ERFORDERN EINEN GUTEN HAUSVERSTAND UND VIEL ENGAGEMENT:

  • Begrüße und empfange Gäste bei ihrer Ankunft in unseren exklusiven Apartments in Wien.
  • Beantworte Fragen von Gästen zu den Apartments, der Stadt und unseren Dienstleistungen.
  • Stelle sicher, dass die Apartments vor der Ankunft der Gäste professionell gereinigt und vorbereitet sind.
  • Organisiere und koordiniere den Check-in und Check-out-Prozess für die Gäste.
  • Löse Probleme und Anliegen der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts und sorge für eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung.
  • Für die Reinigung und Ausstattung der Unterkünfte sind gewisse Einkäufe notwendig, die du selbständig online oder gegebenenfalls auch in Geschäften durchführen solltest.
  • Bearbeitung von Tagesraten und Management von unseren Unterkünften auf diversen Plattformen.
Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL ERFORDERT SELBSTÄNDIGES DENKEN UND ARBEITEN:

  • Du lernst schnell und kannst selbständig denken und arbeiten
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du liebst den Kundenkontakt und scheust dich nicht, Konversationen mit unseren internationalen Kunden zu führen
  • Du hast eine organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Selbsthilfepotential
  • Du bist bereit, außerhalb der regulären Bürozeiten Bereitschaftsdienste zu übernehmen
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für optisch störende Fehler im Apartment und Korrektur derselben
  • Du hast ein freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Du hast einen B-Führerschein mit Fahrpraxis
  • Du begeisterst uns durch dein souveränes Auftreten, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent sowie durch deine durchsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
