Aufgaben
  • Als Customer Service Manager arbeitest du gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement-Team an der Weiterentwicklung der firmeninternen Softwareprodukte und bringst frische Perspektiven in das Team ein
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, neue Projekte eigenständig umzusetzen
  • Du entwickelst englischsprachige Konzepte für die Weiterentwicklung der internen Softwarelösungen
  • Du übernimmst die Kundenbetreuung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Programme optimal genutzt werden
  • Du gewährleistet einen erstklassigen Kundenservice, indem du technische Supportanfragen entgegennimmt und bearbeitest
Qualifikation
  • Du zeichnest dich sowohl durch Kontaktfreudigkeit, als auch durch Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung aus
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Tourismussektor sammeln
  • Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe ermöglicht es dir, dich schnell in neue technische Herausforderungen einzuarbeiten
  • Du bist hochmotiviert, dich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen
  • Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
