Supplying residential customers, cafes & restaurants across Melbourne. iPantry is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, & bubbly Administration Consultant to join our team based in Sunshine West. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Administration Consultant will be responsible for a mix of customer service & administrative tasks as directed by the business. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administration support to the management & customer care team
  • Create and process driver routes and schedules
  • Maintain vehicle logs and maintenance records
  • Problem-solve any issues in relation to deliveries, pricing & products & proactively contacting customers for any issues identified
  • Process manual orders & assist with customer service enquiries where applicable via email, chat, & phone
  • Maintain strong & professional relationships & a high level of customer service
  • Follow up of data for all new suppliers & products for setup in relevant systems
  • Creation of all new products in relevant internal systems & CRM systems
  • Maintain product maintenance & upload new products to Shopify
  • Prepare & produce documents, reports & correspondence where required
  • Support other functions where applicable within other lines of business

 The ideal candidate will have the below skills & attributes:
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated & proactive
  • Have excellent attention to detail & commitment to high quality outcomes
  • Have strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask & meet set deadlines
  • Clear & concise communicator, both written & verbal. Ability to edit & review reports & other documents to a professional standard
  • Tech Savvy and high level proficiency with MS Office Programs particularly Excel & Outlook, & ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Excel pivot tables & VLOOKUP is advantageous
