Great things start hereBe part of a purpose-driven organisation creating meaningful travel and leisure experiences, useful home products and services, better outcomes for drivers, and a cleaner energy future.RACV Club Membership offers an extensive range of premium services, facilities and exclusive benefits, where RACV members can work, relax and entertain in the comfort of two convenient locations at RACV City Club & RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort.About the OpportunityBased on site in our corporate CBD head office, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm, we are seeking an experienced Club Membership Administration Consultant, to join our dynamic Club Membership team and engage with our current and prospective RACV Club Members to deliver a friendly, professional and high-quality customer service experience.In this busy and varied phone-based role, you will utilise your excellent verbal & written communication skills and develop a thorough knowledge of RACV Club, to assist RACV Club Members with enquiries, information and bookings.This could be just the right role for you?As a Club Membership Administration Consultant, day to day, you will predominantly answer phone calls and respond to email and online enquiries to support and guide Club Members on their journey with us. Your key responsibilities for this role include:Communicate with members in a professional manner to answer inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to emails & web forms to assist with new member applications, club account queries & club restaurant reservationsDevelop and maintain a broad knowledge of RACV Club products, memberships, benefits, events & latest updatesAnalyse, investigate and maintain an accurate database of customer accounts, transactions & recordsInvestigate and resolve queries and complaints in a timely mannerCross sell & upsell products to retain existing members and grow new club membershipsAssist members in person and guide them through facilitiesContribute to team targets, meetings, safe work practices and environmentWhat you’ll need to be successfulCustomer service experience in a premium membership/loyalty program or similar environmentExperience in building strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEffective listening, written and verbal communication skillsStrong administration, financial acumen, numeracy & literacy skills including MS Office applicationsAbility to work proactively, plan, understand & gain product knowledge and work to deadlinesKnowledge of investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints effectivelyDemonstrate attention to detail, high level of accuracy, excellent organisational and time management skillsExcellent personal presentation & professional demeanourFull working rights in AustraliaWe are OfferingCompetitive SalaryDiscounts on RACV products & resortsTraining & development career opportunitiesThe RACV differenceReady to reach your full potential?
