Membership and Administration Officer – Yering Meadows

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organised Membership and Administration Officer to join our team at Yering Meadows Golf Club. This role is crucial in managing our front desk operations and coordinating our membership services to ensure a seamless experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Warmly greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Handle reservation bookings, event registrations, and provide information on club services.
Membership Coordination:
- Manage membership inquiries and applications, including data entry and database management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of membership programs and promotions.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to current members on membership benefits, renewals, and club policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reception, front desk management, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or membership coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems.
- Hold a current Working with Children’s Check or ability to obtain.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol or ability to obtain.
