Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

This position of SMO in Paediatric Immunology and Allergy will:

  • Address the long waits in Immunology and Allergy.
  • Provide high level specialist services in paediatric immunology and allergy for children and adolescents within a tertiary setting, including provision of a consultative service to other specialty units.
  • Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and will lead and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with nursing, medical and allied health staff both within and external to the immunology and allergy service.
