Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with leading Technology Vendors, such as Microsoft, where you will build on our strong and lasting Global relationship.
• You will help contribute to an already established and Award Winning sales team (Insight Australia won 2023 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year and many more vendor awards)
• You will work across various technology practice areas within Insight, working with various Practice Managers, Leads and Principal Consultants, to ensure you have the technical knowledge and support required to help deliver on your sold solutions.
What type of work will you be doing?
• You will manage the development of a geographic market to drive sales and delivery of Insight’s Digital Solutions.
• You'll identify and target specific enterprise organisations, where you feel Insight can deliver value businesses, through differentiated solutions.
• You will be developing new sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts.
• Your experience in leveraging technology to solve business problems coupled with your market knowledge and business network will enable you to create connections that support business growth and assist clients reach their strategic goals.
What capabilities you will need to succeed in this role:
• Extensive experience in a senior IT consultative sales role, focused on new business development of technology solutions and enterprise account management
• Evidence of prior success in exceeding large sales targets within large corporate and enterprise accounts
• Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
• Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
• Proven experience building and managing C-level client relationships and providing value added, strategic insight to their business
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics, business requirements and decision making processes
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders internally and externally and to manage virtual teams
• Impeccable personal brand and strong professional network
• High level of motivation and initiative
• Experience writing proposals and tenders
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of sales processes from prospect to close
• Able to demonstrate ongoing desire to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
