About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Finance team as a Finance Analyst. This role will be pivotal in overseeing cost controls for IT projects and operations, and provide financial insights and cost analysis.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including project teams, IT Management, external vendors and other finance functions.

In this Role

  • Monthly financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation oversight, including accurate balance sheet reconciliations
  • Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Management of hardware maintenance, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaboration with account managers to ensure financial integrity in procurement processes.
  • Developing key partnerships with operations stakeholders for cost control and business outcomes.


You're Likely a Match If you have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, CPA/CA qualified (or studying towards)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a finance and cost analysis-based role
  • Preferred Financial system experience: Microsoft Dynamics, Concur, TM1
  • Advanced PC Skills including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, software licenses and projects will be an advantage
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
