Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a NSW Government Client, expertise in customising, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business needs. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs are essential.
Responsibilities
- Customise and develop Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement Visualforce pages and components.
- Utilise Apex programming language to create triggers, controllers, and batch processes.
- Configure and optimise OmniStudio applications for enhanced functionality.
- Develop Lightning components and applications to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Skills and Capabilities
- Alumni Engagement Expertise: Knowledge of alumni relations and fundraising strategies within higher education, with an ability to align these goals with CRM capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency in Salesforce: Deep understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, with skills in customising for engagement and advancement needs using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders within alumni relations and advancement services.
