This is a highly rewarding and challenging role located within the vibrant Home & Land team in our Mount Waverley Head Office. Support our Sales team in the Coordination, Administration and Delivery of House and Land Packages. This role is a Sunday - Thurs, with 2 days in the office.
Reporting to the Home & Land Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Use of Metricon's automated software to accurately site up the home and ensure site costs are in line with statutory requirements & developer covenantsCreate House and Land packages across Greenfield Estates in ClickHome, in line with packaging directionsMaintain House & Land internal workflowMonitor and report packaging status in conjunction with available landIdentify solutions to achieve the package requests whilst complying with company design guidelines; andMaintain a thorough and current understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements; DA, CDC requirements and developer guidelines in relation to land development and residential construction.
