Account Manager

We’re in search of an Account Manager for one of our high profile government clients. As part of their Marketing, Design & Production Group, you'll play a vital role in shaping the way people experience traveling around Victoria.
Length of Freelance Job:
- 3 months, possibly ongoing
- Hybrid 5 days per week - 2 days onsite
About the Role:
As their Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the production and workflow of their internal communication materials. Reporting to the Design & Production Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with their talented studio team to ensure that their creative projects not only meet but exceed expectations. Your knack for organisation and your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in ensuring that their materials are not just on brand, but truly impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality creative content and materials that align with their brand strategy.
- Provide expert advice to internal clients, enhancing briefs and optimising creative outcomes.
- Manage deadlines and workflow with finesse in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in their processes and systems.
Key Selection Criteria:
- You excel at building partnerships and fostering team commitment to co-creation.
- You tackle challenges with a strategic mindset, leveraging existing guidelines or seeking additional information to make informed decisions.
- You're a master at defining tasks, coordinating activities, and monitoring progress to ensure the timely delivery of outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Mandatory: Experience in a creative studio or related field.
- Desirable: Understanding of design thinking methodologies and excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Role Specific Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple projects and workflows using software tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
