Smokemart & GiftBox have been operating in Australia for over 30 years, and remain as the leading tobacconist and giftware company in the country, now with three unique brands. Smokemart is the largest privately-owned tobacconist in the world, and is the go-to destination for all things tobacco and smoking accessories. More about you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion in creating customer relationships, whilst doing your best to make them feel at home whilst shopping with us. You will succeed in bringing previous retail experience to a new team, also being open to learning new skills. Contributing your natural, bubbly and outgoing character to the team’s success, these assets will continue to build customer loyalty enticing customers to return on the regular. Whilst these skills will contribute to the wider team, will also excite and welcome new and existing customers at each store visit. With a customer- first mentality, you also love to have fun We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasion dance-off) with each customer that walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service that grows sales and builds loyalty

  • Achieve sales targets

  • Cash handling

  • Stock control, sales and quality management

  • Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential

The Successful Applicant Will Also Have

  • A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment

  • A happy, friendly andenergetic personality

  • A desire to deliver high quality customer service

The Opportunity:

  • Availability: 7 days a week

  • A valid Police Check Report is required and to be presented during interview process.
