Our client is a leading Tier 1 Construction company known for delivering landmark specialised projects in complex infrastructure and building projects that shape the urban landscape across Australia.

Currently going through a significant period of hyper growth, this company is now looking to expand within their bids and tender team. As a Senior Proposals Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider business to develop key winning themes by creating and writing EOI's and tender documentation. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and articulate proposals that showcase their capabilities, experience, and value proposition to win new contracts. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Write and edit high-quality, persuasive content for tender submissions, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements and company standards.

· Develop frameworks and schedules for use by the bid team and communicate actions to timeframes.

· Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, including project managers, estimators, engineers, and designers, to gather relevant information and insights for bids.

· Manage the bid process from initiation to submission, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

· Conduct thorough reviews and edits of draft proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company branding and messaging.

· Develop and maintain a library of standardised content, case studies, and templates for future bid submissions.

Required experience:

· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Proven experience in bid writing within the construction industry or urban design

· Strong understanding of construction tendering processes, including frameworks, regulations, and procurement methodologies.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to synthesize complex information and technical details into clear and compelling proposals.

· Must have full working rights in Australia with permanent residency or citizenship
