Job Overview

A 12 month contract with a client side firm working across a Capital Works Portfolio. This role will specifically look after services and requires someone coming from a strong services background.

As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects involving mechanical, electrical, water, and power systems from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in mechanical or electrical engineering and extensive experience in managing complex construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical or electrical construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects involving mechanical, electrical, water, and power systems.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
