About our Home

Menora Gardens is in the suburb of Menora WA, approximately 7 km from the Perth City Centre. Home to 178 residents (includes a Secure Memory Support Unit for 50 residents), Menora Gardens offers modern buildings with landscaped gardens and outdoor areas for residents to enjoy, with quality services and catering.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Administration Officer with a passion to work in Aged Care, who is proactive and passionate about the management of resident care. This role will be working on a Casual basis, with availability to work at least 2 days per week. This is a busy role, the ability to multitask and manage competing demands is essential; Rostering experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance and administration as well as the following qualities:

  • Flexibility, with a can do attitude
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including the elderly and all levels of staff within the organisation.
  • A compassionate and personable manner
  • A knowledge of aged care
  • High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
