What You Need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Support.
- Current or willingness to obtain first aid and CPR training.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Worker Screening Card or Blue Card.
- Comprehensive care insurance.

QualificationsCertificate iii in aged care , community care or disability services/ relevant studies or work experience can also be considered .
Preferred SkillsCare Experience: Prior experience in a care role is highly regarded, showcasing your understanding of client needs and the dynamics of caregiving.
Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, their families, and the broader healthcare team.
Safety Protocols: Possesses a working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both clients and caregivers. Familiarity with infection control measures adds an extra layer of expertise.
Community Access and Social Support: Proven experience in community access and social support, reflecting your ability to engage clients in social activities and provide companionship.
Domestic Assistance: Experience in providing light domestic assistance, showcasing your commitment to supporting clients in maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
