The Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who will play a critical role in providing support services for all aspects of the IT ecosystem, from laptops to internet banking to core banking systems. You will provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems and repair hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Minimise system downtime due to IT incidents and problems
- Lead investigation and implementation of measures to prevent occurrence of incidents
- Participate and advise on banking application products and services configuration
- Engage and manage third party suppliers for the delivery of outsourced services
- Escalate issues to management, service providers or senior engineers
- Provide application and technical support for BankVic team
- Perform prescriber regular operational and housekeeping tasks
- Work collaboratively with other BankVic departments and team members, regarding delivery of IT and Telephony Services
- Participate in applicable corporate or department projects

The Role:

What you will bring
- Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge of a range of IT systems that enables problems/incidents to be resolved
- Previous experience in working in a service desk or help desk environment
- Strong ability to trouble shoot problems relating to application software and network connectivity
- Experience in dealing with service providers and managing problems to resolution
- Excellent people and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technical skills in MS windows, MS office, databases and networks
