About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Representative to join a key clients team. In this role, you will provide acting as an independent IT support representative across over 100 users, it will be your responsibility to provide level 1 and level 2 support service desk support (Permissions, AD, In-person and remote support) while providing level 1 desktop support (Configuring Laptops/Desktops and server administration).This role will be expected to be on-site on 5 days a week with flexible start time, working with the IT manager you will be supported and developed with an opportunity to grow into the position and make it your own.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support across all levels of the business.
- Manage on-boarding and departure processes for employees.
- Introduce IT systems to new employees and ensure they are effectively integrated.
- Administer networking equipment and server hardware.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, services, and helpdesk tickets, addressing any issues that arise.
- Configure and maintain end-user laptops and desktops.
- Maintain accurate documentation on IT processes.
- Keep up-to-date records of IT assets.
- Assist with IT projects, audits, changes, and rollouts of software and hardware.

- Perform general IT administration duties.
- Assist with IT projects, audits, changes, and rollouts of software and hardware.
- 4+ years of experience in service desk or desktop support roles
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration (licensing, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience with Active Directory (users, groups).
- Exposure to Windows Server environments.
- Strong remote support and desktop support experience.
- Knowledge in supporting mobile phones and tablets.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Experience with VMWare.
- Knowledge of networking, switches, routers, firewalls, WAN, and LAN.
- Exposure to ERP systems.
