The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Business Performance will oversee the optimisation of marketing efficiency and performance, with a focus on providing quality data, reporting, and actionable insights. Responsibilities include managing marketing financial reporting, delivering performance updates to executives and the board, coordinating budgeting processes, overseeing agency contracts, and ensuring compliance with data governance practices. Additionally, the role involves actively measuring and reporting agency effectiveness, establishing operational processes, and collaborating with Data & Analytics to uphold data quality and alignment.
About You
As an experienced professional, you excel in optimising marketing performance through strategic insights and financial acumen. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to effectively manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data governance, you ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making makes you an invaluable asset to our team. You will have:
- Proven expertise in optimising marketing performance through demonstrated success in driving efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations, leveraging strategic insights and financial acumen.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams, budgets, and partnerships, which foster alignment and drive results.
- Meticulous attention to detail which demonstrates commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reports and contract management processes.
- A commitment to upholding data governance practices and policies, to ensure high standard date quality and alignment with reporting requirements.
- Proficient in analysing data to derive actional insights and support strategic decision-making processes, which contribute to business growth and success.
