More About The Product Manager Role At Woolworths Group
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for building solutions. Identify and implement world class fulfilment technology for improving fulfilment efficiency and team experience. You will help take our capabilities to the next level by building out the product strategy to ensure that we prioritise and partner effectively to deliver long-term sustainable value and ROI.
Key focus areas
- Define & drive the product strategy to help accelerate the eCom F24-26 business strategy
- Establish and manage the Fulfilment Tech product roadmap
- Ruthlessly prioritise initiatives, balancing trade-offs to produce the best outcome for the customer, product and business
- Partner with others across the business including, Engineering, Operations & Design teams to deliver shared outcomes
- Lead strategic initiatives that strike a balance between customer satisfaction, team effectiveness and business outcomes
- Identify and explore commercial opportunities
