Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, with 4 days in the office, and 1-day WFH.

About the role
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing multiple high-value products within the Growth Team. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.
The Growth Team owns many of the levers we have to attract new customers from referral programs, paid acquisition feeds, and landing pages to gift cards. You will be tasked with levelling our tools in collaboration with our Chief Marketing Officer and performance marketing teams to support Luxury Escapes on our continued growth trajectory.
What you'll do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products within the Growth Team.
- Design and lead initiatives that can drive new customer acquisition for Luxury Escapes.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance the customer acquisition experience.
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.
Your background
- Proven track record of managing and growing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle in an agile and fast-paced organization.
- Experience growing product management teams with complex projects in a multi-year mission.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams, influencing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Technical know-how to partner with engineering on the defined roadmap.
- Ability to present a compelling narrative to large audiences and groups of executives.
- Demonstrated success in defining metrics and launching excellent products.
