EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a well-established international company, with a great brand reputation. We are searching for a Record to Report (R2R) Technology Lead to join the corporate team in Cracow, working on a hybrid basis (remote position + 30% of travelling).

In this role, you'll be responsible for digitalizing our R2R processes, taking ownership of the technical design of process solutions, ensuring seamless integration with related processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) key users to keep operations teams informed and processes current for solution maintenance.
  • Leading IT change control boards to obtain approval for system changes from process owners.
  • Setting up a strong escalation procedure for solution maintenance in cooperation with Information Systems (IS) and operations teams.
  • Possessing the ability to comprehend current system capabilities and to conceptualize and implement automated internal controls within the process.
  • Engaging with technology colleagues and Process Owners to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts and costs.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in the fintech sector, including expertise in process and technical design (Background in BPO/Technology outsourcing is beneficial).
  • Possession of CISA or a similar qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of ICOFR internal controls framework, technical control design.
  • Proven experience in technology leadership roles, especially in process digitalization within finance or Record to Report (R2R) settings.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing and executing technology strategies and solutions.
