Technology People Group is an established specialist IT recruitment organisation, with a national presence, offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our diverse clients range from ASX Top 50 organisations to digital start-ups. Our business provides recruitment solutions, with the focus of quality and partnerships. We are looking to engage a Sales Leader to drive new business opportunities and support growth in established accounts, along side a Sales Team underpinned with an experienced, high performing delivery team.
You will be part of a hard-working, loyal team and you will have the opportunity to build on a strong sales culture to be proud off. You will be working closely with the NSW Managing Director to define and execute on sales planning/strategy, grow our client portfolio being part of the Leadership team.
THE ROLE:
To drive sales and growth opportunities across NSW. Gaining new client acquisition and providing recruitment solutions in the technology domain, which includes permanent and contract recruitment as well as our specific recruitment project solutions we run for our customers. The role is client focused where you will be supported by a strong, experienced delivery team, who have deep technology and sector experience to ensure success.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Extensive experience in new client acquisition, business Development. Grow the NSW customer portfolio and cross selling in existing customers.
• Sales Strategy. The ability to think strategically, provide sales planning and strategy working closely with senior members of the business to achieve sales targets. You will be structured in planning and execution.
• Negotiation skills.
• Sales forecasting and reporting.
• Driven, high energy, outcome focused.
• High level of Business Acumen
• You will have the ability to be a Spokesperson on Industry trends. High level of communication and influence at all levels of the buying community whether that be in group settings or one to one.
• Experience in working with an onshore recruitment delivery team.
• Experienced in mentoring/supporting the recruitment sales team.
• An appreciation for profit and loss (P&L’s).
• Extensive experience in responding to tenders and presenting to customers.
• Support and enhance Sales Playbook
• Support Marketing and CRM.
• Advantageous to have experience in end-to-end recruitment, selling recruitment solutions.
• Ability to grow and build sustainable networks of influence.
