Our Mount Warrigal 40 bed home provides a warm and invitingambiance. High-quality furnishings and contemporary decor create asoothing atmosphere, complemented by natural sunlight, ensuring acomfortable and relaxing environment. This is a pet friendly homesthat offers spaces for individual relaxation or social interactionand flexible outdoor settings for gatherings.

What you'll be doing in this role:

You will provide a high level of support to your Manager byusing your clinical experience, communication and leadershipsskills to manage your team ensuring our residents receive highquality clinical care, essentially creating what Warrigal believeis a crucial component in supporting a ‘Great Life’ foran older person.

Who we're looking for: 

  • Registration to practice as a Registered Nurse withAHPRA
  • Experience as a CNS (minimum two years full time experiencein this role)
  • A minimum of five years full time work experience as an RN,with some experience/exposure to a management role
  • Knowledge of the operational and clinical functions of anAged Care home
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and care planningskills
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of SIRS & AN-ACC
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to motivate, lead and work in a multi-disciplinaryteam, promoting a positive work environment

On-boarding:

If your application is successful, you will attend our three dayOn-boarding Program hosted by our internal Clinical Educators. Ourtraining will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skillsthat will set you up for success that ensure our customers have thehighest quality care.
