Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the highest level of safety is achieved
  • Direct and manage manufacturing activities to attain the most effective results in alignment with business goals
  • Promote a lean enterprise and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee capital projects to ensure successful implementation

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Lean and Operational Excellence
  • Senior management experience in manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and possess well-rounded business acumen
  • Computer and technology savvy
