About Us
The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper's core systems
and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with
business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.
The Role
As Governance Manager for Technical Services (GM), you are at the helm of steering the strategic alignment and governance directly supporting the Head of Department. Your mission is to champion governance, risk
management, and operational processes to ensure the achievement of TSE's strategic objectives. This outline
captures the essence of your responsibilities but remains open to evolution, adapting to the changing needs of our organisation. In the role of GM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of technology service excellence at UniSuper. We're looking for a visionary leader who is not only adept at navigating the complexities of governance and risk management but is also passionate about driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment within our organisation.

About you
UniSuper is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to fill the role of GM. We seek someone with a rich blend of experience, capabilities, and qualifications that align with our mission and values. If you're someone who thrives on leading through change, excels in service delivery, and possesses a keen sense of strategic and
financial acumen, we invite you to delve deeper into what we envision for this role.
Experience: You bring approximately 15 years of dedicated service delivery experience to the table, with a
significant emphasis on Service Management and Vendor Management. Your career is a testament to your
ability to lead and innovate within these domains.
Education: Your academic journey includes tertiary qualifications in a field related to our industry, or you've
acquired equivalent managerial experience that speaks to your deep understanding and competence.
