Procurement and Contracts Specialist

A government organisation seeks a Procurement and Contracts specialist to establish and manage contracts, provide procurement guidance, and develop procurement documentation compliant with CPRs.
There are 3 positions available at APS4, APS5 and APS6 level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and establish contracts
- Draft procurement documentation
- Provide procurement guidance to stakeholders
- Analyse complex procurement issues
- Coordinate procurementrelated meetings
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Develop and administer procurement risk assessments
- Communicate with professional judgment
- Develop and administer contract management plans
- Perform general contract management duties
Requirements:
- Expertise in CPRs and procurementrelated policies and legislation
- Demonstrated experience in complex procurement and drafting procurement documentation
- Proven ability to deliver results with competing priorities
- Relevant qualifications or industry certification
Security Requirements:
- Police Check and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Clearance required.
