Senior Account Manager

This global sustainable company is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team in design and manufacturing contemporary modular flooring.
Your role will see you manage clients needs, develop strong industry relationships and assist in the management of projects from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales volumes across key accounts and ensure highest level of customer service
- Lead sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets
- Understand client needs and identifying new business opportunities
- Develop annual plans for products and services
- Work closely with other Account Managers, developing and coordinating projects
- Attend industry events and develop new client relationships, whilst creating more market exposure
- Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge and understanding of the business, offerings, competitors, and the industry
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of sales experience in the architectural specification space, with project management and reaching sales targets
- Sales and client care focused, works successfully in a team and autonomously
- Capable of working professionally, while under pressure in competitive situations
- A current driver’s licence
- Formal qualifications in sales and/or marketing or relevant field would be highly regarded
