About the role

We are searching for a skilled individual who can design and manage exceptional digital marketing strategies using a range of technologies and across every step of the user lifecycle. As part of the Growth Team at Humanitix, you will work with our Head of Growth to increase our user base of hosts, build nurture campaigns that convert more sign-ups to active event hosts, and engage our network of ticket buyers to increase ticket sales for our event hosts.

As a small but growing team, you’ll be ready to take initiative and work independently. You’ll be hands-on with our paid search campaigns, build out relevant landing page content, and apply your technical skills to improve the way our marketing technologies are integrated. You’ll also work closely with our brand, design and product teams to identify gaps and bridge solutions across teams.

About you

We are seeking a passionate individual who:

• Has proven experience in Performance Marketing,
• Experienced with key Digital Marketing platforms, including Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta and LinkedIn Business,
• Is data-driven and technically minded,
• Takes initiative and brings creativity to the role,
• Is ready to experiment with new digital marketing strategies and platforms,
• Is ready to identify where gaps exist in our strategy and champion solutions,
• Has an affinity for tinkering

A general understanding of organic marketing strategies is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Hands-on management and ownership of our paid search campaigns, designed to increase our customer base of event hosts across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada and the UK,
• Create and manage CMS landing pages to supplement our PPC campaigns,
• Build and experiment with email nurturing content, working with our product team to integrate relevant data points into our marketing platforms as needed,
• Collaborate with our Head of Brand & Communications and our design team to improve the content delivered via growth campaigns,
• Create lead-scoring strategies to deliver targeted content to prospective event hosts
• Develop and monitor analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and UserFlux,
• Experiment with platform-wide email and paid search campaigns to promote our hosts’ events to prospective ticket buyers and boost ticket sales,
• Advocate for product and technical improvements to improve our web conversion rates,
• Identify geographically specific growth opportunities, such as specific verticals, and curate targeted campaigns for these opportunities.

Remuneration

• Salary range of $70-90k + superannuation
• Approximately $5,000 in additional tax benefits with salary packaging
