Your opportunity
Working within BrandSpace Retail, this role is responsible for leading a team of high-performance sales professionals to ensure Retailer Media revenue targets are achieved through a consultative client management approach and delivering on our ambition to grow sustainable, valuable partners.
In this role you will act as a conduit between LARS and Brandspace to ensure retailers can maximise their investment in Scentre group. You play a key role in developing the strategy and direction of this newly formed team alongside NSW Group Manager. You am responsible for delivering growth in retail media across our key national retail growth partners and developing strong ongoing relationships with these business partners.
- Drive and apply a customer centric approach to group business planning and client engagement
- Establish direct relationships with Identified key national retailers and regularly meet to generate tailored solutions that solve client business objectives and drive sales revenue growth
- Lead the Brandspace media relationship with LARS and Marketing Partnerships team alongside Group Manager Retail NSW to attend ‘top to top’ meetings
- Accountable for driving sales revenue, removing any blocks and leading negotiations to win all opportunities
- Analyses and assists NSW Regional managers in monthly forecasting and annual budget build.
- Lead the integration of Retail in broader Scentre Connect – how we can work better in Agency & Direct.
- Display effective people management through establishing clear goals, accountability
- Create an inclusive team environment, coaching team on SCG DNA
- Develop team capability- with a focus on Sales Process and Sales Tools, coaching resilience and agility
What will set you apart from the rest?
- 6+ years experience in a media sales environment
- 3+ years sales management and team leadership experience
- Advanced territory management skills
- Advanced in the application of sales capability
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tool, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in territory planning, preparation and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Extensive ability to guide development of team
