Menswear & Apparel Retail Brand

As the torchbearer of our brand's marketing vision, you'll lead a talented team of 5 and shape the way our brand communicates with our audience across all channels.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Your role will involve leading a skilled team, overseeing all marketing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI and KPIs while ensuring a strong brand presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior marketing role within the apparel industry or ideally menswear.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven tangible business results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging trends in the retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Passion for menswear fashion and a keen eye for market trends.
