About the Job:
As an Executive Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, attracting, and placing senior executives in key roles within our client organisations. Your responsibilities will include analysing and improving recruitment processes, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and utilising advanced administrative tools and software. You will develop and implement strategic business development initiatives, build and maintain strong client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional service delivery. Leading and motivating project teams to ensure high performance and client satisfaction will also be key aspects of your role.
About You:
You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and client relationships, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities. You excel in managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with up to date technologies and software is essential. You have a track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and possess strong networking skills. Your exceptional customer focus, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and ability to take initiative set you apart. You handle conflicts effectively, and have demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage your own indivisual performance.
