A member of the Master Plumbers Association, we are proud to be a locally owned company, operating out of Fyshwick and employing around 140 staff. Level is an award-winning organisation and one of Canberra's leading plumbing companies. 

Explore the Opportunity

We have an opening for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to join our Service team. Duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Managing and mentoring a team of up to 8 - plumbers, apprentices and service coordinators 
  • Building and growing an industry network to drive revenue and growth
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Providing detailed quotes on a range of services to customers 
  • Coordinating all resources for jobs to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participating in weekly management meetings 
  • Providing safety leadership to your team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Journeyperson Plumbing Licence (ACT)
  • General Construction Induction (White Card) 
  • Current Drivers Licence - C class or above
  • AFP Check (or ability to obtain)
